By using the Koydo CPA Exam Prep platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payments

We offer free limited access and a paid Premium subscription. See the Pricing page for details. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime. Payments processed by Stripe.

4. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by Koydo or used under license. Copying or commercially exploiting materials without consent is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Platform for educational purposes only. Do not attempt unauthorized access or share Premium content with non-subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about exam outcomes and are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
